WelcomeQuesnel Technics Gymnastics Club is a well established nonprofit society who has been servicing the area of Quesnel for over 25 years. The children who participate in gymnastics not only learn motor development, teamwork, persepectivie, commitment, discipline, perserverance, skills, but interpersonal relationships, selfesteem and leadership.In addition to gymnastics we also offer the sport of Trampoline and Tumbling. Study after study confirm that children involoved in gymnastics, have greater self esteems, stay in school, score higher on achievement tests, are more likely to avoid drugs, and live healthier lifestyles. Gymnastics is the foundation for all sports. We are a community of gymnasts of all ages and abilities, sport, positive gymnastics experiences and promoting the benefits of gymnastics as a foundation for human movement, and staff.Our focus is on providing, coaches, volunteers, health and enjoyment. This is for every child who loves to run, strength, jump and have fun. Physical benefits include speed, balance and spatial awareness.
